Chocolate chip pudding Sticky Toffee Pudding Christmas Pudding

Plum or Christmas pudding – Our luxury pudding is something special. Combining quality ingredients like, sultanas, apricots, dates, mixed spices, Irish whiskey and Irish stout, along with time-honoured baking techniques, we take great pride in our puddings. They are steamed for many hours in a specially built steaming chamber which creates the humid conditions used in Irish kitchens for generations..

Sticky toffee
– A real treat, our sticky toffee pudding is loved by young and old. Using a proven recipe close to our heart here in Seerys, our sticky toffee pudding has become a real winner. Retailers throughout Ireland inform us that it always delivers the goods in its category and we’re glad to say it’s now a confirmed Seerys success story.

Chocolate chip
– While it sounds rich, our chocolate chip pudding concentrates on taste as well as texture. The secret to a quality chocolate pudding is ensuring the richness does not take over! We’re happy we’ve got the balance just right with this family favourite.

Cream liqueur
– A firm favourite in the Seerys family, our cream liqueur recipe has really stood the test of time. By taking the traditional pudding and giving it an extra kick, the Seerys cream liqueur pudding is one product that simply must be tried.
